« All along I have always had the pleasure of dealing with attractive, dynamic people who are enthusiastic about the idea of coming to train using my system, whatever their starting point in sports activities.

So as to extend my efforts I am now able to acquaint you with my coach team!

My priority was to recruit members of the team according to their skills and professional experience. The selection process was extremely severe! This was not enough in my opinion. My coach are involved in the skills that I want to give to my athletes: rigor, timeliness, responsiveness and continuous questioning to bring the best to our athletes.

My coaches are diploma-qualified and superb technical experts, dynamic, attractive. Thanks to the Gregory Capra training, they become professionals and they will help you to attain each of your objectives, at your own speed and in the most agreeable surroundings.

Don’t hesitate to come to my team or myself to achieve fitness, well-being and vitality. From now on there will always be a Capra coach for you in the areas of Paris, Lyon, Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Marseilles, Nice and the French Riviera, Bordeaux and soon in other cities in France.
